About the Role

The Client Services Officer is a part time (45 hours per fortnight), ongoing position based at RACR Deakin office. (There is possibility for fulltime employment by the end of the year)

Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, Client Services Officer is expected to work collaboratively within a team environment to assist the smooth running of the RACR reception and administrative services.

To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:

  • Excellent observational, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact sensitively with a diverse range of people;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Computer literacy and demonstrated ability in data entry;
  • Sound organisational skills;
  • An understanding of the nature of work conducted by RACR and an appreciation of confidentiality and privacy issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in the community sector would be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

The salary on offer is $54,408.29 to   $58,136.30 plus superannuation per annum for full time and PBI benefits. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.

According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, and special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
