About the Role

Clinical Services Coordinator within our Post Separation Services (PSS) Program is a part time (67.5 hours per fortnight) ongoing position, operating from RACR Wagga Wagga office.

Reporting to the PSS Program Manager, the PSS Clinical Services Coordinator is expected to coordinate and oversee the delivery of Child Focused Mediation services within the PSS programs and assist the PSS Program Manager in delivering a high quality service. PSS Clinical Services Coordinator is also required to work collaboratively with the other coordinators in the Riverina Murray Branch to support the delivery of holistic services to our clients.

To be successful in this role, you are required to possess an appropriate tertiary qualification in social work or psychology with clinical experience in working with children, a Vocational Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution (or the willingness to pursue this qualification under RACR funding) or an appropriate qualification or accreditation under the National Mediation Accreditation Scheme, demonstrated experience in supervising staff, coordinating service delivery programs and developing organisational systems, policies, and procedures, demonstrated knowledge of domestic violence, crisis intervention models, grief and loss in the context of family separation and child development and legislative requirements of mandatory reporting and practice and issues facing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse individuals and communities.

Salary & Benefits

The salary on offer is in the range of $82,306.25 to $85,992.84 per annum for fulltime plus superannuation. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.

According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period, and flexible working arrangements.
