Mary Pekin - CEO

As the Chief Executive Officer, Mary is responsible for the overall leadership and management of RACR She is committed to effective service delivery through the implementation of corporate strategies, sound management of staff and developing strategic connections and productive relationships with key external stakeholders. Mary is a registered Mental Health Professional with AHPRA.

Juleen Schiefelbein - ACT & Southern NSW Regional Manager

Juleen provides leadership for the ACT & Southern NSW team and ensures that contract requirements, outcomes and KPIs are met for all ACT based programs, including organisation quality assurance and budgetary compliance.

Bernadette Carroll - Riverina Murray Regional Manager

Bernadette ensures that contract requirements, outcomes and KPIs are met for all Riverina based programs, including organisation quality assurance and budgetary compliance. Bernadette provides leadership for the Riverina Murray team.

Lee-Ann Akauola - Finance Manager

Lee-Ann is responsible for the financial integrity of data for the organisation and providing guidance and support for other managers across all RACR programs and Board.

Sam Bandula - Human Resources Manager

Sam ensures an effective, efficient and equitable approach to Human Resource management by providing strategic advice and operational support with regards to HR policy development, workforce planning, and management of complex industrial and legislative matters.

    Felicity Hamilton - Research, Evaluation & Policy Manager

      Felicity provides advice and input on using organisational performance data and research. Her roles involves evaluating data and creating reports on performance data to assist with monitoring organisational performance and setting organisational direction. Felicity also undertakes project work with a research or policy basis, as directed by the CEO.

      Iris Potter - Information &Communications Technology Manager

      Iris Potter is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing the quality and efficiency of the ICT systems operating within the organisation.  Iris is also responsible for providing strategic advice and operational support for all aspects of ICT.
